A brand new culinary experience that blends the finest Mediterranean ingredients with a hint of Baja California zest. Nestled in a lively area known for its vibrant street life and close proximity to the university, Jleo's unveils an exciting concept: "Mexditerráneo." Breaking free from the unhealthy fast-food stereotype and the colorful clichés of Mexican eateries, the brand embraces a sleek, contemporary aesthetic in black and white.

The interior design was overseen by Isabel López Vilalta, celebrated for her work at Celler de Can Roca. Raw materials such as corrugated metal and woodchip contribute to a cutting-edge appearance with an industrial vibe that captures the relaxed, fresh, and fun atmosphere reminiscent of California. Additionally, the open kitchen concept allows customers to witness the cooking process, further emphasizing the brand's commitment to transparency and quality.
